After 3 long weeks, our recruitment process for the semester has drawn to a close and we are excited to announce that 9 exemplary men have accepted our invitations to start their new member process. This is the largest group we have recruited in the fall semester since our refounding class of 25 in the Fall of 2013 and our second largest in general since our Beta Beta class of 12 in the Spring of 2014. It is also one of the most diverse classes we have had, with years ranging from sophomores to seniors and majors from several disciplines, such as economics, business and communications. Our rush week involved a video game and cards night, an open house, a cookout, and even a trip to Viking Burger. At the conclusion of our recruitment events, we held a brotherhood dinner to welcome the new members. These men will soon start their educational process and will learn what it means to be a Pilam. We can't to see how they'll grow and contribute to our chapter.

We would like to congratulate Alex Burruss for being elected as our new VP of Risk Management, Programming & Housing (Marshal) and Cory Bowles as our new VP of Finance (Keeper of the Exchequer). The Marshal is responsible for making sure all of our operations are run safely and effectively, and also manages a committee that organizes all of our events. The Keeper of the Exchequer manages collections, dues, and budget, and as well oversees all of our fundraisers. They are already working hard behind the scenes to make sure our chapter is run to its fullest potential!
